NOTE: Our Christmas hours
The office closes at 12 noon on Wednesday 24th December and opens at 9am on Monday 12th January.

The easiest way to make an appointment is to phone us. We do our very best to get you a time that suits your busy schedule, but obviously that is not always possible. But at least there is no problem with parking. Sometimes there is an unexpected holdup, and we will try to contact you if possible to warn you. Otherwise, have a cappuccino in the “Coffee Clinic” next door on us!

When you come for your appointment Remember to get the following:

Have your insurance information.
If possible, copies of any operation records, medical records, x-rays, MRIs,
CT scans and so on from prior doctor visits.
If you have had Weight Loss Surgery elsewhere, please bring a copy of your operation
report.
Print the following laboratory form and take it with you to the lab. to have your
blood tests and a urine sample before you come to see us. This needs to be done first
thing in the morning, with an empty stomach….not even a glass of water or cup of tea
before hand. Some of the results take 2 weeks to come back to us, so do it well before
your appointment.

To cancel an appointment:

Telephone the office during business hours. Please cancel at least 1 day ahead so that your appointment time can be allocated to another patient who is seeking treatment.

Your time is valuable and we make every effort to run on time. As you can imagine, emergencies do occasionally occur that cause scheduling delays beyond our control. We apologize in advance if we keep you waiting, and we will try and contact you if it occurs.
